The days where you just feel like everything is going to be alright even though the world is crumbling around you..
God's presence is strong in your life and you can just feel his warmth. Some days I can feel his warmth more than others...
But the days when I feel completely wrapped up in His embrace.. I wonder how I can make every day feel this way? What makes these good days so great?
Sometimes its a song or a good meal. Its the words you needed to hear from a family member or a friend. You just know that theres something more out there and the feeling you have in that moment shows God's love for you.
I have always said that I feel music and food are two things we have here on earth that give us a little glimpse of Heaven..
That perfect song that gives you goosebumps. That bite of the perfect dessert that you want to savor for as long as you can. Those moments where you are in pure joy and that you never want to end. Good days make the bad days worth pushing through.
Dear Lord,
Thank you for good days like today. Thank you for helping me feel your warmth today. Please be with all those that also need a good day. The craziness of our world is so overwhelming sometimes its easy to let the bad days take over. Please help those out there that also need a good day. They need a day where they feel like their world is full of joy. Grant them peace in your warm embrace. Please remind them that they can feel your warm embrace through something as simple as an inspiring song, a delicious meal, or a much needed conversation with a friend or family member. Thank you Lord for all the blessings you give us. Please help us to have more good days than bad. In your name I pray, Amen
